toilet training
Guess what, someone is toilet trained! Melissa and I tried all kinds of things to get Charlotte toilet trained, in the end we just let her do her own thing and she eventually figured it all out. I think the best advice I could give would be to let them roam around half naked, with no nappy, they learn pretty quickly that wee get's them all wet! She sometimes sleeps with a nappy, but generally doesn't wee until morning, clever clever. I think daycare have played a big role in all of this. You see, some of CJ's friends at daycare progressed up to the next room, the bigger kids room, the Joey's room! Charlotte was told that she needs to learn to use the toilet like a big kid before they will let her move up. Cruel? Not sure, in any case, it's working. She'll be in the big kids room really soon! What challenge is next? Probably dressing herself!
